Its amazing how time flies! I feel like I just started competing yesterday and now I’m heading into my 4th season!

Well, a lot of great things have happened over the past year for me and for my company, BodyWell Nutrition.

We launched our female product line called Tight Curves and also added to our performance and endurance line with First Order and E2Voltage. The response to both lines has been incredible!

As the face and spokesperson for Tight Curves, I’m more than excited about this line. As of now, we have a female protein powder in the flavors of Berry and Vanilla Bean (more flavors to come very soon…chocolate!!!) and a multivitamin. We have a fat burner, RTDs, and a protein bar in the works and plan to continue to expand this product line in 2009. On a personal note, I had a great year competing! I started the year on the Arnold stage-what an honor. That has been on of my goals since I enter this world of fitness! I then competed at the Jacksonville Pro and nabbed 3rd place qualifying me for the 2008 Olympia… also another goal! The Olympia experience was more than I expected. I loved every moment of it. I proudly took home a 7th place finish to complete my season.

In addition to competing, I enjoyed a lot of travel with BodyWell Nutrition. I promoted at gyms, supplement stores, trade shows, competition, and through the media. I had the opportunity to appear on several morning television programs across the country as a fitness expert and to promote Tight Curves. I also contributed to many newspaper, magazine, and web media articles. Fun stuff!

As I focus on the 2009 season, I’m more motivated than ever! Great things to come!!
